I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I've had. Not only was there NO HASSLE at any time but it was definitely the quickest car buying experience I've ever had (~2 hours from the time of walking on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle).

Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly with employees to whom I wasn't even interacting with coming over to say "Hi" and just chit-chat about my new vehicle. It really was a unique car buying experience.

Although there were some hiccups along the way I understand that sometimes things happen but everyone went out of their way to make things right and ensure that I was completely satisfied.

Since my purchase I've been raving to friends and colleagues about my experience at Chaplins. In fact one of my good friends mentioned he has purchased his last two vehicles from Chaplins (one VW and one Subaru) and he too has great things to say about the dealership.

Depending on my car needs in the future, I can honestly see purchasing from Chaplins again in the future.

Great group to deal with, fast..... I think they can move a mountain if needed.... So happy to work with a great group!!!!!!

Mike Sansone is truly a great man. I met him 2 years ago from a friend's referal, as he has sold her and her parent's their vehicles over the years. He remembered all my preferences in what I was looking for and truly worked to find the perfect solution for me. I honestly feel that he cares about me as a client & not that I am just another sale for him. I feel good about our buying decision. This is my 2nd VW. And I missed Chaplin's & VW in over the past 2 years. Right down to Jessie from service who remembered me as he passed me in the parking lot. It was really an exceptional experience. My wife is deathly afraid of car dealerships for whatever reason and Chaplin's made the experience painless for her--which makes it painless for me. We did a lot of research and knew exactly what we wanted, and then were able to agree on basic terms before ever setting foot in the showroom. The process was smooth and easy at every turn, and we never felt pressured into a product or service we didn't want or understand. Thanks! The diesel Passat is awesome and every night my wife updates me on how much feul she is NOT using and how nice the car drives.
